Ummm...I am not the person to ask as I am not that familiar with MT motor vehicle registration, but I can say they do require 2 items of proof of residence, and they only mail titles to a MT address....

Moving to MT was a hard way to get a fresh flat plate for the CJ - going to figure out a hinge for it at some point.

that is what we did for a rubicon repair a few years ago - unfortunately, even with 3 or 4 batteries the welds didn't have much penetration and failed pretty quick. Depending on where the repair is...
