That's what the service manuals tell you to do almost to the letter. I go a bit further. Mark the left cap with an L and the right cap with an R done with a lot of little punchmarks.
I've never had a problem with them once. And I've gotten them to price match just about anything I find online. But, I'll never let any of them touch anything I own as far as service goes. To many...
