Of course I remember you Bill! Good looking hound! I'll keep you in mind on future trips, and ask you do the same for me.

Took my stock Samurai up for a nice easy ride yesterday. Ran East Magnolia hoping to connect to Mammoth Gulch but Magnolia West is still closed. Lots of campers on East Magnolia. I headed out the...

Might get a little better mileage with the EGR functioning. My 33" Sammy gets 20mpg with a 1.6 16V. I would hope yours would do a bit better.

Rented snowmobiles years ago in Grand Lake for my bachelor party. Groomed trail system and plenty of off groom trails, cornices and deep powder off to get hopelessly stuck in.

Re: Hammer or press U-Joints !

I use the press to remove and hammer to install. The hammer shocks everything and gives it a change to line up.

My press will happily broach out the yokes if the caps aren't perfectly straight.

"Only on scary parts of the trail"... I've been wheeling a long time, most of the rollovers I've witnessed were on super easy parts of the trail when people let their guard down.

    Re: Hate my Hi-Lift jack!

Let me save you some grief, (assuming your using an external fuel pump) prime the pump. I had to prime my pump before it would work, I used a brake bleeder sucker tool like this.
