    Re: Steven's '93 YJ

    Re: Steven's '93 YJ

Schmitty: good eye. That's the only thing that was a little weird about the assembly of this passenger side versus the driver side (which went smoothly). If I screw in the star wheel/self adjuster...

Re: Replacement Rear Seat Advice? Samurai Jimny

The vinyl in my YJ might be my favorite seat material of any vehicle I've ever owned (of course it's also "vented" from all the rips :lmao:). I used to live in an apartment so had nowhere to put the...

    Anybody out there?

Last photo you can see the lever just barely not in contact with the star wheel. Anybody see anything wrong with my assembly?

Currently overhauling the rear drum brakes. New shoes, hardware, drums, wheel cylinders, and park brake cables. Got the driver side all pretty, passenger side has a problem. No matter what I adjust,...

Can you imagine being less fortunate there, maybe an old Delica is your work van, and all of a sudden the government says your van isn't a van and you can't drive it anymore? Not everybody can just...

    Re: Trail info by difficulty

Found his website before, good stuff. I like the amount of detail and the pictures. I just assume everything he wrote about is a little bit harder now... I actually used it when planning the Miller...

Re: I (also) bought a TJ

Yep, I've gone through AAA because they contract out the towing and are ultimately responsible. They took all the info down for my claim and said "we will call you".......

    Well, I tried pulling...

    Re: TJ Transfer case Tragedy

Well pretty good news I was able to get it into 2HI and into the garage. I was working the lever back and forth through it's range and it seems ok now after some pretty grumpy noises, still does not...

Re: Yankee Hill and/or Pickle Gulch

Don't go the standard way from the RZR unloading zone. It was an absolute zoo yesterday, had to pull over 15 times for side by sides and dirt bikes flying by. Almost took one of my mirrors off.
