The MVUM for the area clearly shows the roads ending at the county line.
There is a video where they air up a 38" tire from 0 psi to 25 psi in about a minute, should save you some time.
This compressor is getting great reviews. If you need a compressor definitely check this one out. Only downside is it does not have any warranty.

I use a CO2 tank and have a MV-50 and another inexpensive compressor for back up that I have not tried yet. I love how fast CO2 is.
