I see the deformed inlet. That will allow for a hose to leak at the connection. Does the hoses connect into the cab or under the hood (does the heater core pass through the firewall)?

Agreed. I have helped more than 1 person with their distributor, which just turned out to be 180 off.
There are several different tricks to do this, some take an assistant.
1) pull the valve...

This isn't going to be a build thread as so much of a "maintenance" thread. Recently picked up a 2002 Tundra Xtra cab (suicide doors). 4.7L V8 and automatic transmission. It was a fleet truck for...

Yeah, that is well outside what I would expect. A 1960's era Patrol that was originally sold in the US, in the same shape, is worth about $10k-$15k. The only real difference is that there was never...
Wasn't there a WWII era military version of something similar to the Thing? I think it was rear engine and air cooled. I am pretty sure the Munga is front engine and water cooled (last ones I saw...
If the roof rack is included, this could be a good deal.

Agreed. Backing up a tow dolly is basically impossible. If you think that you may need to back up at all, a trailer is the way to go. Otherwise there isn't a ton of difference. The trailer may...
Yep, these are somewhat based on a Thing. They have a VW Fox engine if I remember right. I have seen several, but it has been years. They are very unique for sure.
