Yes, one for free hand and one designated full time for the big table. I have a smaller Baileigh 2x2 CNC table that I use on occasion with the 2nd Hypertherm. The 4x8 table is an ArcLight Pro 9600.
I have a 4x8 CNC plasma table, Hypertherm plasma cutters with 3/4” cutting capacity.

Declaration: Getting this going and on track again!
No, the bead locks won’t be bright green...that was just a powder coat color for demonstration. 😉
Okay...(sigh)...it’s been a while. A lot has been going on that has pretty much stifled the K5 project. BUT, I’m ready to get back on track. Since last fall, I’ve acquired quite a bit of equipment...
You're the man TJ. Good news, I have the u-bolt straps already. This is the Dana 60 yoke, but I do have the same for the 14 bolt. I remembered reading several posts from others on that very issue...
Mocking up the links with PVC tonight. I still have some finish welding to do on some of the brackets, but after I measure for angles/clearances.
I should be okay as I don't plan on going over 40" tires. I'll be running 37's for now. I guess I hadn't given enough thought to going the strut route. They are simpler in many respects and as...
Went stock on the king pins. Just went that route out of convenience and with parts on hand.
The axle U-joints - that's a darn good thought on the OX's. I have the Spicers, but not afraid to do...
Oh yeah. Linking both. Going full hydro steer too. Ye old steering box needs to go to make room for the coilovers...among many other reasons.
Getting ready for the link build-out in the rear.
Killer pics, looks like y'all had fun. I am a little "green" with envy. Can't wait to get the K5 done so I can join. Very nice rigs; all of you. Great pics, both on FR4x4 and Alex's photobucket.
Ha! You noticed the man cave flag. I've always been a Packers fan. I grew up in northern Michigan but never loved the D-town Lions. An old friend of mine played for the Packers (Tony Mandarich). ...

Of course, the open frames on these K5's aren't super stout and require some beefing-up in areas. However, the platform is and has been a lot of fun to get working on holistically.
I picked it up...
In the K5; ready to progress into the cab and frame points. The darn Dana 60 rebuild has added delays, but as many of you know, well worth it.
I've designed the rear tube bumper that I'll start on...
I have both front/rear GM10 bolt axles off my '88 K5 blazer from the swap. Complete hub-hub including brake lines. I also have spare axle shafts for the rear 10 bolt -- $200 for everything.

Welcome to FR4x4!!
Got any pics of that K5?
Welcome to FR4x4!!!
Welcome to FR4x4!! A lot of truly great folks on here.
(O||||O) Nice '06 Rubi in the pic!
Thanks Steve. I have the Bend-Tech Pro 7.x with the Armor Pack and Steel Plate add-ons. And yes, there is a notching function in the program that assists with cut-outs/notches. Prior to this, I...
Thanks TJ!
good question, glad you asked! Yes, continuing into the cab; around doors, roof and across the dash.
I LOVE IT!!!!! That thing is/was AWESOME, TJ! Inspiring as I'm building out my K5. Hope all is well, my friend.
