Until I saw the video with the CRC spray / chemical, the only way I knew of to remove tarnish was polishing with fine abrasive. The Novus 1-2-3 plastic polish abrasives were the main item I've known...

We know of the "abrasive" method - a low-ish speed polisher / buffer with some polishing compound though tonight I came across this "chemical" method. Hmmm...
