    Re: The Campfire.

There was a time I logged in daily but that’s down to pretty much once a year so I’m taking this opportunity to wish all my old friends and new members I never will meet a Happy New Year.

Consider Hermit Pass then Medano for a great day.
  3. Re: 2019-03-16 - Anniversary Run - Little Moab & MORE!!

I'm foolish enough to mention it but not enough to take a photo! I did provide a photo a few years back when I got Barb's Civic stuck though. LOL

Yeah, here I am. I'm looking younger aren't I? My...

Glad you finally put them to use Jim!

Thanks to everyone for the pics and such, I'm missing wheeling these days as our 1 year anniversary of moving away has passed. While you all were having fun...

You're breaking my heart guys but it's nice to live it vicariously from the flattest state in the country! :lmao:

    Re: Help an Old Member?

Thanks Jackie, I've given up my search due to cost of storing it somewhere since I can't park it at my condo. Storage rental costs are high since all the snowbirds create a high demand for them. Oh...

Thanks everyone! We may just go back to a travel trailer which gives us the freedom we want. Rental is okay but they have these silly policies of returning on time, penalties for going past the...

    Help an Old Member?

As I look through the members I realize how few of you I met before leaving the state so I'ma bit reluctant to seek favors but I will anyway. :lmao:

My wheeling days are over and I'k okay with...

Good decision Paul. When I had one replaced years ago the installer apologized for being a day late. He had to fill in for another guy who was grotesquely inured when his grip slipped on the bar he...

That would be fun, I'll keep it in mind but doubt it'd be possible. I've been wrong before!

    Domain Name For Sale

Anyone wanting a good Colorado domain name for their website?

I don’t think I’ll be using 4x4Colorado.com now that I’m a couple thousand miles away :steer:

    PM if you’re interested.

So you’ve been gone 20+ years, I was curious. Doesn’t sound like you’re real fond of the state which I can understand. It sure doesn’t stand up real well to Colorado but few places do. Fortunately...

Re: Hermit Pass - tell me about it

I agree with Doink, I liked to combine it with Medano and make a day out of it. Easy and scenic summit on Hermit albeit bumpy and a nice easy drive to the dunes on Medano.

Cooled seats? LOL! No but my A/C works! Funny to see ads for used cars that say things like 2008 Chevy Impala, a/c recharged and blowing cold - $3000. ThatÂ’s the full ad. Does it run? How many...
