ok...think that is it, counter shaft bearings installed...still need to test fit the top cover on and shift through gears, but manually moving the shift collars seems to work....found reverse....
...
Now it looks right....front and rear bearings setting all the way in and the large first gear has proper clearance from the rear of the case.......

An update....progress has been slow and I damaged some more good parts so more delays....but....
thought made some progress finishing the mainshaft with install into case...but initial inspection...
A connection through the ecj5 site is selling this...he did the build himself, and I'll link the build thread below. He is into old 1920s and 30s trucks, but likes to modernize them a bit (if you can...

Yes...let's call it for April 17....I am scrambling with a busy week of work, so if someone wants to post the run, please do. I'd say meet rainbow falls at 10 or 11am? For those coming from...
Let's try and get grizzly and iron chest done!
Possibly looking at going to Tillamook in the pacific northwest with earlycj5 group in June (although I might go back to Rubicon again instead). The ecj5 group also has week long Colo trip again that...

I am thinking of letting this run through this weekend and we finalize the date on Monday or so?
Thanks to Trent for getting this started. Time for March anniversary run...although it seems we will do the run in Aoril. Lil Moab in the Missouri Gulch and Rainbow Falls area seems to work well for...
Maybe a poll to see what day works best....I think a poll requires starting a new thread....I added a new thread with poll...

As I am out of state at least until after Easter, guessing someone else might be better suited to organize? Even after Easter, I will only be around for 2 weeks or so before leaving town again until...
Thanks Trent...if the trip goes 2nd or 3rd weekend in April, I might be able to make it....
I know of a 58 willy's with disassembled drivetrain....
