Don’t know, but if my previous Coopers are any indication I suspect not. I did the same chalk test on them when new, determined and set the pressure, and never looked again for 50+k miles. They wore more evenly than any tire I have ever had.

Took em out for a little trail test this am. Did the lower East section of Johnny Park. Aired down to 15psi.
They did great on hwy 36 on the way up and back. Seem to track straighter than my old tires. Not as noisy as I thought they might be a speed on pavement. On the trail everything was fine. I think I am going to like these tires.

Have not run anything particularly, just Jenny Creek and the lower end of Johnny Park. That said they did great on those trails. Gripped really well on the whoopdidoos on Jenny. I am airing down 5 lbs lower than my previous tire so the trail seems smoother. I am convinced I am really going to like these tires.
