I will be in Moab June 3 through June 10, regrettably I will miss most of the wheeling with the group. I will be able to join for top of the world and hells on Tuesday though. If anyone goes up early post here and we can meet up.
Girlfriend and I will be getting in on Sunday the 7th
I wish I could spend a week in Moab, but I'm definitely making the most of the 3 nights/4 days I'm going to be there! Can't wait and looking forward to meeting you guys on Top of The World and Hells Revenge!
Hello I'll be in Moab the 7th through the 11th the group I was going with canceled until fall so I'm on my own. Just wondering if I could tag along on some runs with you guy's?
Sure ColoradoDave, I just added this event on the calendar so feel free to RSVP

I'll be there on the 7th would love to meet up.
It looks like we have a small group that could get together on Monday the 8[SUP]th[/SUP]. I’m shopping for trails in my guidebook at this point because I am doing some of the more popular trails the week prior.
These options look intriguing for Monday the 8[SUP]th[/SUP]. I am not sure what difficulty level people are interested in so here are some options for each. Any input or ideas appreciated.
Hard:
Flat Iron Mesa
Steel Bender (two routs available)
Easy/moderate:
Dome Plateau (La Boca Arch)
Shafer Switchbacks
Man, I'm hoping they open up camping by then.... I'm planning to camp near Dewy Bridge (Cowskin ideally) and if I make good time driving there on Monday the 7th, maybe I can join an afternoon run of Dome Plateau since it's right there by Dewy bridge!

I'm up for any of these I've done all of them except Dome Plateau looks very scenic. Fins and Things is also fun if you haven't done it before. I'm pretty sure when you buy a pass to get into the park it's good for a couple of day's so it would be good for the Hells Revenge run. Did White Rim open back up when Canyonlands opened? All trails still shows it closed.
I'm up for any of those as well, Fins is definitely on my list to do while there, but open to whatever the group decides. I've got a whole week to putter about.

The NPS started giving out permits again for White Rim on 1 Jun. Pretty sure it's open now.
Does everyone have a CB radio or should I bring some 2 way radios for everyone?
I've got a CB but my buddy will be on a two way only.
I have a CB as well
I have a cb and meant to ask this also ;)
I wonder if Crawlex dropped out, haven’t heard anything from him and he hasn’t rsvp’d
Just a heads up
"The Green River at upheaval wash is currently impassible due to flooding. Historically when the river reaches around 16,000 CFS is when flooding and impassibility becomes a concern. If you have an upcoming White Rim trip monitor the USGS Current Conditions page to track river levels at on.doi.gov/2U6ieD3"

Yowza, will have to keep an eye on that conditions page for sure.
Thanks for the heads up.

Good thing we changed our route..... but hopefully it’s passable next week. The forecast model makes it look like it may or may not be flooding on the 10th and 11th...... crossing fingers!
