Guess I'm this first one back. I'll post up a group shot with Pikes Peak in the background. Sorry whoever's behind the tree.

My first trail run with the forum crew; mini moab was a nice playground!
So nice to meet all of you... this is the type of crew I've been looking for. Looking forward to the next run!
I had the black Cherokee w/ red fender

But also had a great time today. I look forward to doing more runs!

Holy crap, I popped a wheelie on torque alone! No wonder the driveshaft let go, with the lockers on I was levering the front of the truck off of the ground by pushing torque through that driveshaft. I actually don't feel to bad about what it took to break is seeing that, and will endeavor to not pop wheelies in the future. I'll have another driveshaft in a few days so this won't keep me off of the trails for long.
Shane's reply is awesome!
The proof is not only in the front raising majestically into the air but also it immediately crashing back to earth upon the snap. So cool
My kids love the video. I asked if they wanted to see Shane break something important and their first question was "the engine?"
Man, you blow one engine and forever I'm known as the guy who blows up engines. It was a Rover, I hear if you look at them wrong they'll blow up.

I'll see what I got tomorrow or Monday and post up. I didn't take much video today but think I at least got a good one of Ty clearing a section that gave him trouble last year. Was fun to see Scott's big truck just crawl right up the section where he blew the tire off the bead last year. That thing was really flexing well today.
Good time hanging out with everyone as always, thanks guys!
Had a great time seeing everyone and meeting some new people. Glad to report to Trent that not a single thing broke on my rig this year lol and it certainly wasn't from me babying it. I gotta admit it felt really nice to see and feel the results from all the progress and transformations my truck has been through over the past few years. To be able to conquer obstacles my truck struggled with in the past or to be able to take and finish a path I could have never even attempted before was very satisfying
not only for me but my wife too. Thanks to everyone who spotted for me today to help me reach those goals.
I love this group and even as new members join we continue to attract the right kind of people that fit in and are helpful.
I plan to post the images my wife took and will upload some videos to YouTube likely tomorrow.
I agree with everyone, it was a great day. We had a very good turn out, 13 rigs. I had a lot of fun watching rigs climb mini Moab, it was quite a show. Sorry I didn't join the afternoon trail rides. I hung out at mini Moab for awhile, ran a couple of the loop trails, found a nice quite spot, cooked some dinner and watched the sunset.
I hope everyone had a good time. It was nice to welcome new members as well as catch up with old friends. Thank you to those that have posted pics and videos. especially the awesome drone pic from Gary.
Can't wait for the next one! Happy Trails!
I didn't even see or hear Gary pull the drone out so was surprised to see the drone pic. It came out great.
