Really want to get out there. I could do Friday, Nov 27 or Monday, Nov 30. I'm not sure how things will be with the dump of snow we just got, I've never been wheeling in snowy conditions. Open to suggestions.

I live up near Black Hawk and we got about 8" or so. Yankee will be 10-15" I'm guessing, so that would be a "good time" if you're looking for snow wheeling. :)

?? How much did Denver get?
Fort Collins was all melted except for shaded northern areas that had less than one inch (1/3 or 1/2 maybe).
I have Brian's take-off mile stars on the jeep where I could give them a trial at any time.
I suppose I was referring to the mountains/trails about a dump of snow :lmao: your description of Fort Collins pretty much sounds like Denver.

6" on the west side of town where my father lives...and 3-4" where I am in south central Denver. The streets around me melted off yesterday, but natural ground is still covered by 2" or so....
We may need to see some pics of your new rubber...
'need to get out for an update to the avatar.
Installer asked - white letters out or in - I said flip a coin - they asked what color is the jeep (I brought the wheels and tires to them on a trailer) - they chose black letter out. The look is different - chrome wheel with white out to black wheel with black out.

didn't know you changed the wheels as well....Each has to do it the way they like, but I am not a fan of black wheels, and typically I like white lettering out, although I did the 58 willys with black lettering out on the mag wheels....A friend of mine says this generations black wheel craze will be the next generations 'what were they thinking?' Although that being said, I think I like old school black painted steel wheels with bias ply tires when on the right application....
I'm probably going to run Johnny Park or Bunce. I ran Johnny Park and Rock creek with some other Powerwagons last weekend and now with all the snow Johnny Park or Bunce should be fun.
I updated my avatar right before posting this after reading Jims post above.... lol

Did you post a full size image somewhere showing your new rock sliders? Hard to see in that profile thumbnail.
Here’s a picture of them all dirty. When the truck is clean it’s hard to see since it’s all black.
They make a lot of creaking noises when it’s cold.... annoying
I’m also down for Nederland area or Pole Hill is open also. It’ll be slick and snowy in the shade, maybe sloppy/muddy in the sun. I’d like to get out
Cool cool. I'm thinking the 30th is probably better.
30 works for me!
(though 27 also works for me)
I’m free 27th, 28th or 29th
What thoughts are up Steven?
Something Sunday or might you join Pole Hill Saturday?
I'll join you guys on Pole Hill tomorrow -- that will be it for me this weekend!
Great - see you there!
Well dang almost wanna bring the Jeep instead.... hmmmmm
Nope, haven’t driven the Jeep in months and don’t trust taking it out before going over everything. The Powerwagon is always ready to go!
