Interested. I don't know if you saw, but I went out last weekend and hit a little snow but it was no problem. It actually made it more fun.
I'm not afraid of some exploring around snow.
I did. I've done Bunce/Ironclads a million times. Looking for something different.
The snow up a pickle gultch was still bad.
they had a winch fest up there this last weekend again.
And Dan Ark snaped his steering box on his '14 JKU
the southern trails around cedar mt road have been much more passable.
We are hoping to get out this weekend as well.
Who are "they"? Did they post up a trip report somewhere to let others know the conditions?
I think it was the crwalerado folks from facebook.
Multiscuf should have posted by now.....slacker!
Hello :D You can only make it up to as far as the first open clearing with bench any higher and there are 3-5foot drifts.
I would be interested in getting out myself. I have a friend that's new to wheeling but bought a well equipped jeep. So I was thinking of trying a moderate trail to get him used to of wheeling. I'm just not sure what's open any ideas?
Gotta go south this time of year unless you want to winch and shovel your way the whole day.
Lots of trails near Woodland Park and Divide. Not the most technical out there, but it's better than staying home.
I am thinking of going to the gulches on Sunday with my neighbor, Its definitely a haul ass down there for you guys, but nice trials down to the river.
Hey josh, gultches sounds good if I do t have to work.
I hqve had to work every weekend acter starting my job.....boo suck....now wheeling time makes a guy grumpy.
yeah, we got more snow last night/today, so I'm assuming Pickle is out for a while yet.

The trade name violator group, eh? Crawlorado is a local business, they shouldn't use the name as they are.

Trail ideas,
Up North,
- Explore Pawnee National Grasslands (Might be fun. Closes in early April for the wildlife)
- Sevenmile (conditions?)
Central (done these too many times to count; prefer something else)
- Bunce/Ironclads
- Switzerland Trail & explore side trails
South,
- China Wall
- Hackett Gulch
- ?
The South is not my area. Someone else want to chime in? Looks like the guys at Traildamage ran some trails down south on 3/21.
I'm free all day Sunday, and I'd love to get some proper trails under my new '80. If y'all don't mind a newbie tagging along.
China Wall is probably fantastic now, heard it was just muddy a couple weeks ago. I went up a bit of Cascade Creek last weekend and it wasn't bad as far as I went up..
Some other central trail ideas. All can be found on trail damage Pierson park rd, Johnny park rd or caribou creek just not sure of conditions. What do you think?:I can also run it by my friend to see what his plans are.

Gates are closed on all of those. See this forest service road status page,
