Nice job guys!
So did you have to haul it away from the trail head with a flat bed?

The frame and engine were put on a trailer and hauled out of the parking lot. It was towed off the trail without a trailer, IIRC. Anyone?

Brad strapped the front to his truck and I strapped the back to mine and we drove/dragged it out.

This was one supa-hawt ride yo and a real chore to get down to the clearing. I think Tye really wanted to take it home.

Now for the funny...

As we were getting that pig off of the hill Mother Nature poured down on us. Then we set up camp, collected some wood, Tye lit himself on fire, I told Tye to quit goofing around and get the campfire burning not his jacket, we ate dinner, watched Air Force One fly over camp and brutalized the crap out of the Bronco II with my axe. The hilarity and bonfire continued well into the dark hours. We brutalized the little piggy more the next morning before the rest of the group rolled in.

Like I said - I think Tye really wanted to take it home. We couldn't find the keys to start her up, so he tried the Model T hand crank Method. :D
