I'm about 90% certain 2018 is the year I'll finally break ground on a shop. The three main places I could use some help are engineering drawings, foundation and brick, possibly hauling dirt as well. I'm in unincorporated weld county and am right now leaning towards stick frame but am open to hear what steel and pole can do for me. I plan on doing most of it myself but also realize there's a lot of stuff to get done in a project like this so I'll probably end up subbing out quite a bit to get it done before it starts snowing again. if you'r a GC or sub and can help shoot me a PM.

Please send em over. The mason would especially come in handy, I need to get an idea of what doing full brick exterior is going to run me.
