Well, decision has been made. I知 selling my 2014 FJ Cruiser, it was a great truck and we had a lots of fun with it this summer. I finally finished my 78 Land Cruiser project and I知 ready to hit the trails. The big question is; has anyone seen any aftermarket beefier steering arm and center arm? I知 trying to keep the truck somewhat stock so I kept the original steering setup, I upgraded to heavy duty chromoly tubing but I feel like now I have a couple of weak spots (steering and center arms). I still have the SUA setup, I came across many aftermarket SOA parts which obviously will not work for me. Any suggestion / help would be appreciated

Have you looked at 60 series parts? It's been a while since I had my 55 but IIRC the guy that did my roll cage also put in the steering from an FJ62 which is beefier than the 40/55 stock parts and added PS too.

You'd be better off asking on IH8Mud...

Thanks Chris, I'm looking at them now, the only concern I have is the clearance to the wheel, not sure if it is the same angle.

That I don't know but I think clearance is an issue.

I would contact justin from redline cruisers and see if he has any thoughts or a solution.

 Right Nick - I should have mentioned Justin, he's who I referred to as "the guy that built my FJ55 roll cage and suspension.
