Tire Discount at Costco through 9/20

I got an email today that Executive Members ($110 membership) can avoid the $15/tire fee for mount/balance/etc on Michelin tire purchases though 9/20, for a total of $60 savings. I got an email for this deal, I don't think it is advertised. There is also a deal right now for $70 off a set of 4 Michelin tires through the end of the month. You could save $130 total until 9/20.
