You can't build one for his asking price. Buying tires for it will put you over budget, but you can always make an offer...

There's a guy selling his on Facebook I could see about getting his number and passing it on 3" 32s for 3000

Austin

We're selling one at my work. Its stock, but pretty clean and a good price. Miles are around 160k. It also says its a manual, but its clearly an automatic from the pic lol

I could probably get the dealer to let it go for 3-3300. We charge another 10% of the price of the vehicle (for whatever price is settled on) on top of that...thats how we make our money.

I'm the Assistant Manager. If you're interested at all, let me know.

It's stock, but there is plenty of cheap aftermarket parts for these Jeeps so you could build it on your own relatively cheap.

Are there any other explorer guys on here or that you go wheeling with tom?

ExplorerTom
April 27th, 2014, 12:59 PM
I go with theluke19. He's got a Sport Trac. But I've also gone with Nissan, Toyota, Jeep and Hummer drivers. I'm not a brand snob. If I only wheeled with other Explorers, I'd be going solo a lot.

Have you checked out Explorerforum.com? Some cool builds on that site.

Ya I here ya if only went with the Dakotas or Durangos I to would have been wheeling by myself. I'm just wondering i haven't seen many out wheelin and it always nice to have someone to bounce stuff off of that has something similar

Mark is a decent fella. If you were to send him a PM or email, he would answer any Ranger Based Vehicle questions that he possibly could.
