I am really wanting to get down this way. I would make it a 3 -4 day trip and ring my camper. There are many trails I want to do. I really want to show Jessica Black Bear Pass and Telluride. What are others thoughts?

That area is one of my favorites. I used to do Kebler, Imogene and Engineer every year. A bunch of us did this as a big loop in about 4-5 days. Beautiful area. I wouldn't mind doing it again.

I might swing for that! I usually do Engineer, Black Bear, Imogene, and sometimes Ophir. Always a great time! The wife might be down for it. Will see how the Summer pans out as this is obviously late July at the earliest based on snow totals.

I may be in, depending on snow conditions and when the kids start school. I can also share a great camp spot just a few miles west of Lake City. We should be able to take it over. It is primitive and my only request is that I get to claim my favorite spot in this small camp area. When I am allowed to be mobile, I will post the GPS coordinates and an approximation on the map.

I love that area too, usually go at least a couple times a year. Imogene & Black Bear are great. Close to Durango is Cement Creek which we really liked last Summer. It's a long easy trail ending at the top of some mountain. I never really pay much attention to where I am but here's a couple pics.
