Welcome. I love the 80 series. You're a bit far out, but Slee Offroad pretty much specializes in those things.

Welcome to the group. Austin is a great town. If I didn't live here, I'd live there. But I'm a huge UT fan, so I'm biased. I'll get with you on the tires.

One weekend and a few rollers and I was done. I ended up doing 4 coats using 2 gallons and think it turned out looking great. I am waiting for it to completely cure before i test it!

These 80 series LC's have huge wheel wheels. I'm running 35's on stock height springs. Maybe they're 17 inch rims?

Welcome to the forum! We lose some folks (2) to Texas land and gain one. One of our other members is from Austin and living in Lafayette, near Boulder. He had (has?) an FJC, but the last time I talked to him, he was selling that and getting some fast race type car as that is where his interests now lie.

Well DUH on me....So I welcomed you twice and you never left. I just saw my previous 'welcome' post. Sorry to see that you are "incomplete" on your location. I think I get up feeling that way on a daily basis....

Rig looks very nice.

My truck was on 37 bfg AT's but I down sized to 35 BFG MT's. The tires are actually only 33.5 installed.
I used 2 layers of Aluminum Tape to cover the holes and just lined over them. I was to lazy to weld them up!

Later, Clint
