It doesn't seem to have a center hoot catch - just the side spring hold downs.
Interesting in its extensive use of cast iron - pushrod too.
I think that would be a blast if I didn't live in the suburbs and could use it on my property too.
Some offroading impressions.
The kick is - what axles does it have and what do we have here in the U.S.A. where we would get spare parts or upgrades?
Same wheelbase as a JK, but with CJ width. Dana 44 lockers fit with a shim, CJ suspensions bolt in. I haven't seen one of them crawl, but I have seen James' CJ and it does very well.

Paul if you do it, water methonal, fog it in on the intake side and you will not see the EGR open. as well it will keep things cleaner and cool in the combustion chamber.
Diesel engine, if you get it let me know I will get you with the oil guy.
our fuel treatment is super awesome!

It's already got the right base of equipment. D44 that's easy to upgrade! And it's all cj style suspension to get started so it's only natural these will get big better bader here in MERICA

"The transmission is an NGT520 5-speed manual unit based on the Peugeot BA10/5... The BA10/5 was bad because it had an aluminum split case design. The NGT520 has an entirely different case (cast iron, not split design) with BA10/5 internals, which were never an issue in the old Peogeot version. They would just break in half because of case failures."

I had an 88 YJ with a BA10/5 and it locked up in second gear at 135,000 miles or so. I never diagnosed it, just replaced it with a T-18a and gave it to the shop I got the t-18 from as a core.
What I'm really curious to know is - what's the width of these axles (CJ narrow track, CJ wide track, or something else...)? If they're wide track, I'd love to swap one for my D30.
