Had a grate run up at seven mile today! met a few new folk's and enjoyed the snow, minus the trip back up I25 to Denver.

Yup I made it home. Just took it nice and slow. The roads were getting bad. Ran som errands in town and took the X and I had it in 4x4 in town as the roads were pretty slick and the stupid ABS kept kicking in. I hate ABS sometimes. It doesn't seem to do a ton on ice other than make you slip more.

I have a couple pics, didn't take many, and I will get them up soon. I have quite a bit of video that I took from in the cab.

x2!!!! I have never been a fan! My DD was acting up too, even to the point where if I slammed on my brakes on dry road the abs would kick in (caused me to rear-end a guy). Anyways, when I took it in for a brake job (time crunch) turns out among other things, my rear slack adjusters on the drums were broken, which may have been the cause of the problems... plus my rotors were worn too thin, which may have also been the problem. Either way, since I got the brake work done my ABS hasnt kicked in once, which is my preference. May be worth checking out your brakes if you havnt recently. I feel your pain.

Nah the ABS rarely kicks in. Even offroading it's tough to get it to go. Only when the roads are slick. I can tell it's slipping a little but so can the ABS and it thinks it's the end of the world and starts chattering. RWD is gonna skid a little bit on slick roads - I allow for it and keep far enough back it shouldn't be an issue...but anyway. Once in 4x4 the ABS never came on.

Pickups are like a two piece body is what you mean - the bed isn't attached to the cab, where the burb the whole body is one piece.
