It may be time to redo the member help list. I have one in my glove box from last time Jon distributed it.

That was my feelings....especially when there is no winch on my truck (yet) to be self reliant in getting out of said ditch

Glad to hear your alright, i know what ya mean about the people not caring, i was broke down on i-25 for 3 hours back in November coming home from Wyoming in a snow storm. People now a days just don't seem to care. Hey at least there is minimal damage from what it could of been.

Hey I know I'm new here but, I work from home and granted whatever I'm working on is not urgent I would be happy to help...if you do update the help list soon, would it be rewarding to give people that kind of info "works from home"....if you haven't added that already of course. :-)

I figure that it is simply 'road karma', especially having been in the same position before. Some people never have and simply don't stop...may their legs grow together anyway..."

Howling Merfolk....what sweet justice it would be...you got my vote Mr. President!

To clarify things, the 'member help list' is simply a list of members willing to help other members on the trail or road in case of emergencies or breakdowns. It is, more or less, a 'if you are on the list, expect to get help from people who are also on the list, but if you aren't, don't get your hopes up' list.

Josh (HAKU) is the guy in charge of this and you just supply your name, contact information, experience, any medical problems, contact times, etc. It is pretty straight forward and you will get access information sent via email to you from Josh, as well as a copy of the list to keep in your car. We have done thins for awhile now and this is actually the second, updated revision.

Not for the front yet. Still kinda waiting on that. I do however have all the metal for my rear bumper in the garage waiting to get fabbed up hopefully in the next couple of weeks.

It doesn't exist any more. It proved to be too much trouble since some wanted to participate and some didn't. I think anyone interested may be able to revive the concept but I'm not.

I just keep a few phone numbers on my cell phone & a AAA card now.
