Its on a private gated waterski lake community with all amenities and 2 full kitchens, pool table, sand beach, bonfire pit, fishing....

Although I turn 30 this year, we still party like college sometimes so roommates who work super early might not workout.

Want to be a little more specific? Like are these rooms in a big house or are they seperate condo type units? Or are they kitchenettes? Might help....
