So, with Admin's approval, I have decided to PAY $1,000 CASH an individual who is able to find a job that I am offered and accept. I figure this is a win-win-win. Someone gets cash, I get a job, a company gets a great employee! This doesn't even have to be with your current employer. Since I AM PAYING YOU, this job can be with any company/organization! Will consider anything in the Metro Denver area from Castle Rock to Longmont-ish area.
A little about my background. I most recently was working for Budget Truck Rental in the Operations Management Dept. This entailed managing a region that had a fleet of about 1,000 trucks under 80 dealers and 20+ transfer drivers. I was responsible for making decisions about where to strategically place trucks to maximize revenue. I also had to determine how to spend our transfer $'s to make the most of our drivers. I ran the most productive territory in the Western U.S. and supported the company when other territories were bleeding money.
In addition to this experience, I also worked on a hospital unit as a Counselor for 5+ years. When I was obtaining clinical experience on the unit, I was also attending the University of Colorado to complete my MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration.
WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR:
40+ hours per week of full-time employment. Reasonable benefits package (health, dental, vacation, retirement).
I would certainly consider a position where I can use my Logistics, Strategic Planning, Data Analysis skills. This could be in transportation, scheduling, manufacturing, etc. It just happens that my job was in transportation. Not set on remaining in that field. As part of my MBA I had to take coursework in Strategic Planning and Operations Management. These courses provided great skills for working in these types of jobs.
I would also consider a position working in Healthcare Administration. Since my background was in Counseling/Mental Health, I could likely easily step into a position performing an administrative position in one of these areas. I could also take a position with any other Healthcare type of organization where administrative positions would be found. Hospitals, Insurance Companies, Retirement Communities, Nursing Homes, Laboratories, Healthcare Software firms, Publications, Medical Supplies, etc. Anything you can think of, I would take into consideration.
Specific positions I am NOT interested in: Sales, commissions, 100% travel, consistent odd hours, temporary/short-term-contracts.
Details: Only 1 person will be paid, and only if they provide the information/lead that leads to the job acceptance. First to provide the lead gets "dibs". Duplicate leads won't be honored. Cash will paid only after 1st day of work begins.
