A lot of folks I know that hunt birds go to private land in Nebraska to hunt...I know the last time I drove through that way, I taped a camping Scrabble (magnetic) game board to the dash and my set of letters to the horn button. We played Scrabble, both regular and Ghetto (same pieces, VERY different game) all the way across Kansas and Nebraska.

A certain quiet feel to those areas with the right kind of light on them...

Yeah I don't think I would do well with long distance... I would do day trips and be home to the fam at night.....

hey funrover, i love it after 12 yrs of drriving i still feel like a little kid with a big Tonka toy. and i have all lower 48 states. now i just do the same 3 routes a week. it bothers me not being home but i know my wife and kids are ok because my in laws live with us so they are not by them selves. the longest im gone is around 36 hrs or so. here is some pics of inside my semi truck and all the buttons on the dash.

also funrover i hand unload my trailer with a ramp and a two wheeler kinda like the food service delivery trucks but instead i do conviennce stores(loaf n jugs, daimond shamrocks etc..) off the tailgate and on average im jogging/walking around 15-19 miles a day it keeps you in shape.
