Default how to measure for proper steering stabilizer?

With the Explorer not having sway bars. I want to add a steering stabilizer to her. With the 4" lift I don't think a factory one will work. So, that means finding one that will work. How do I measure for size?

    Thanks,
    Tim

Modified IFS, more accurately twin traction beams.
