How diffecult and where is this trail located?
i posted up a map to the trail, and this trail is as hard as you'd like to make it. I took a stock subie though couple years ago so you're bronco can make it through no prob.
aaron why don't you post up some past summer and winter trips.
I didn't realize China Wall had so many options to suit all 4x4s or that it is open year round. Let's schedule the higher elevations for the coming months and ones like China Wall for the winter months. Let me know what you think. I'm guessing the drive from Denver to be about 2.5 hours; sound about right?
If there are at least five dedicated Co. Sprgs vehicles, I say adopt it because at least a couple Denver folks could likely make it. I like the idea of adopting the trail.
The Mud Pit (When there)
The Rock Garden
Around the tree lean
All are bypassable!
Some more
At night!
Here are links to trips run on the trail

I think that is enough for now..LOL sadly I have more
China Wall is an easy trail. There is a harder way FS 204 and that offers so more fun for the more build rigs, However I have taken stock 4x4's through with no problems. FS 212 is the easier way in and the way most people start. All of the obstacles are bypassable but there are many there if you want to use them. If you have any questions let me know
To get there from Denver there are 2 ways, most seem to take 285 to HWY 24, follow Hwy 24 east to CR 77, Turn Left follow for ten miles untill you see the FS 212 sign.
The other way is I-25 south to Colorado springs Take the Cimmeron(HWY 24 West) Exit and go through Lake George Till CR 77, Turn right
FS 204 is just a few miles up from FS212 and you will have to close a fence behind you, you will see a white pole fence where you turn in!
Grizzly Lake is up for adoption too
There's really no shortage of trails available for adoption. If a group of people, say for example the folks in the Springs area, that would like to take one on I'll see what I can do. We just have to be realistic on participation levels. We've had good turn-outs for Barbour Fork and we'd need the same for any other trail. Define good you ask? Six trucks with 6 - 12 people.
Edit: I suppose there are cooler trails to associate ourselves with than Barbour Forks but we are Front Range 4x4 which is relevant.
