Moving Day

I'm going to do this. Hopefully we didn't get in too late and have some housing crash. We paid $417k for our house and all the stuff I see says it's valued at $550k. In 10 years when we have more equity, I'd like to sell and pay cash for some property that's more remote and I can still work, my wife can stop working, and have a nice quiet life. She grew up on a farm so she can raise the cows and chickens and tend the garden.

Looks like a great setup!!
