Any idea how deep the snow is up there?

I'm counting on it being 0" deep. I have no advanced knowledge of what we will encounter, though.

I'm thinking things will be mostly snow free (says the guy who was out of state on the two snowfalls that happened)...

While I'll toss the chains in, I'm not looking for a snowbashing day - not _looking_ to put the chains on (famous last words).

In any case - weather looks quite nice. I might go doorless.

I'd expect snow and ice in the shady parts. These pics are Hotel Gulch and Rampart Range rd from yesterday. Some of the trail was fully dry, but we got shut down by icy hills all day. We were solo so we quit easily, in a group I think it would be fun.
