I rebuilt my steering box yesterday and got it installed today. When bleeding the fluid I ran into some popping. Whenever turning the wheel to the right it'll have a hard pop sound but not when turning to the left. You can hear it at around 0:11.

Reading online someone said its the spool valve. Is this true?

Also, it's still leaking out of the stub shaft end of the steering box. When I was tearing it apart the seal and dust cover were both ripped so I'm assuming that was the cause of the leak. When reinstalling all the seals and o-rings I used liberal amounts of steering fluid and grease to make sure everything slid together with little to no problem. Could the popping be related to my leak?
