I might, thats the way Brandon and I went down to the gulches last New years day. I will have to see how things play out. How do you think my Xj (open both axles) will fair on that trail in the wintertime?

I have run it past winters with about 12 inches of fresh snow. I am open open and no probs. Old railroad grade. In summer if careful one could do it in a family sedan.

I may be in for NYD, but it depends on some other plans I already made not happening. Have fun if I don't make it.

I'm planning on going up Friday and hanging with a friend at his new cabin in the SouthPark area and in the morning checking out the 4-mile area on Saturday. If all is good with my rig after that, I will join you for NewYears day for sure! It will be a great way to end the year and start off the new one!

Stock is fine. Very easy trail unless huge drifts. I have no lockers or chains.

check the planned run thread for a video I did a couple of years ago. Lots more snow then and I never even spun a a wheel iirc.
