I assume you mean the normal 'miller' rock on the way down to the creek - what did they do since we were there in the spring? Honestly, I am not sure there was that much wrong with it except short wheelbases have to work a bit to get back up it and its a bit shelf-y at the bottom. I recognize they worked on the obstacle on the far side climbing up out of the creek that was quite tippy looking with some consequence and blocked the far side loop.

Going down is not as bad as it looks on the vids - it will flex your suspension out pretty much to the max though. It really helps having a spotter on this one as well to alleviate some of the nerves at the bottom of the rock and know when to start cutting the wheel right. The LJs long wheelbase with 33s might lightly rub on the frame stepping down, but the longer wheelbase should make things easier going up. I'd like to go back and work my way up it this time - I put it on the winch line last time after two attempts that ended up in spinning tires (very short wheelbase).

At our spring visit they already did the work.

When one drives down the obstacle, using a "Z" pattern, when the front left tire contacts the "flat ground" / the outer edge of the trail / the downslope, the group shored up and I believe extended out that section of trail - giving a bit more room between the front left tire and the off trail hillside.

    EDIT:

It was more shelf-y before their work!

I'm in, at least up until the rock. Bringing at least one in the Jeep with me.

    Great!

I have one open front seat - no back seat. Pete / PaveLow - will you have an available seat?

I know we put in logs along that spot two years ago. I donít know if they did any more this year other than thw work on the other side of the creek.
