Those are classic igneous dikes - I believe Radial Mountain would be their source. Most of these type features are found around igneous intrusions much more recent than the Rocky Mts we see, and of course, much more recent than the rocks around them. Dikes are typically fairly mafic (magnesium and iron rich minerals) and typically are somewhat erosion resistant and make pronounced 'wall' or linear features. Some more info - Silver Mt in Huerfano county is probably pretty similar to Radial Mt.
