Tuffy Wrangler TJ overhead console
Includes Cobra 25 WX NW ST CB and mic. The WX Weather Band feature is nice.

This is the overhead console that attaches to the rollbar and the windshield frame.

Hardware included. The nuts for the adjustment sliders stripped and will need to be replaced (I believe ACE can sell you something that works, otherwise you can order from Tuffy).

The console alone, new, is $250 without the CB.
