I’m headed to Ouray the first week of July with the wife and kids. For the first time. Which trail would you recommend? I’m Looking for something scenic without any hard obstacles.

Engineer and Cinnamon passes, aka the "Alpine Loop". I'll be doing those in Aug, along with Ophir, Black Bear, and Imogene.

Alpine Loop. (Engineer - Cinnamon passes).
Must see Animas Fork. It very near the loop and not to be missed

    Imogene pass is also nice.

Nothing too technical on any of these. Amazing scenery and history.
