bump - this run is planned for Fri 5/18. The recent video Paul posted suggests its going to put an old jeep without lockers to the test. Of course there is also the video of some old flatfender jeeps running it...so its going to be interesting. Glad its schedule for a weekday. I am taking Fri off work to do this and thinking of heading down on Thurs evening and camping out near the trailhead.

I am thinking I am a “more than likely” and will be heading up Thursday as well, though staying near Tarryall reservoir. Would be down for a bit earlier start than posted.

I'm taking a run out on some close easier trails tomorrow to ops check some recent changes. If all goes well I'm a go for Friday.

Interesting for sure! My LJ is just on 33s with truetracs f/r and lots of skids, 2.5" lift, I'm sure it will be a lot of scraping and banging but I've seen trip reports of stock rigs doing it.

I am only on 33s as well - but with shorter wheelbase it shouldn't be too big of a problem. But lack of lockers with short wheelbase may mean some hassles trying to keep traction when going over the boulders.

FWIW - I am also good for an earlier meet time if it works for others. 10am at trailhead would probably be about perfect for me - but whatever works for everyone else.

I'm in. I'm on 35's (KM2's so they're kinda short) factory LS in rear and open front. I like 10:00 as well.

I am open open and had no traction problems last august. A couple of clearance problems though. 2.5”lift 33s.

10:00 sounds good to me, and I will try to be as early as possible. Weather looks great too, I'm thinking tube doors and bikini top if nothing changes.

just pulled the top off - bimini top is in the back lock-box - see how long I can go totally open top with the sun. Sat in it for quite a few hours today at our high school's graduation at red rocks.
