A great trail run today. 5 buggies and two trucks. Everything was going great until I snapped my CV's
Thanks TJ and Scott for the tow and everyone for their help. Here are a few pics before my trail damage.

Thanks for kicking off the thread Chris. No worries on the help, that's what it is all about . We continued up to the waterfall at Carnage where Alex showed us how it's done. It was getting dark so the rest of us turned around at the waterfall and met Alex at the exit of carnage. Everyone had a great time! It's late so I'll post pics tomorrow.
Technically 4 buggies, the scrambler is just really built.
Glad you made it home.
I’ll post picts and video tomorrow.
Lots of Pic's

Nice pix, thanks for sharing. Looks like a (mostly) good time... hopefully the CVs don't set you back too much. I'm guessing the scrambler owner isn't on this forum?

What my eye goes to in this pic - the size of the pinion gear's tooth and the FORCE it must have to push the vehicle up (working against the much larger lever of the wheel/tire radius)...
The first pict is even worse, where he is on three wheels. His front driver tire is in a undercut ledge.
Nor the orange buggy owner.
A fun day on the trail for sure! Chinaman's was a lot tougher than I remember. It definately pushed my truck with 33's and a LSD to it's limit. Chris, having manual hubs on your pathfinder worked out well for you. I've never seen anybody break both front cv's on a trail run before with no spares and yet you finished the trail and made it home without really missing a beat. Nice job!
Awesome! Looks like a great time was had by all!
So Michael and TJ, how do you like the new to you buggies? Any issues? Anything you can't believe you lived so long without?
I love the buggy. Probably the biggest difference is the tires, stickies are awesome.
Some minor issues. Need to figure out storage, I’ll likely lose the rear seat. The firewall gets really hot, some insulation should fix that. Having the fuel pump in the cockpit is loud, I need to box it in or relocate it.
About the exact same thing mike said No issues for me except a radiator cap fail last second before the trip. It's a bit loud, but big block cool kinda loud!. Anything I lived so long without?, yep, Stickies and 502 horsepower
Yeehaw! That sounds like fun!
I didn't take many picts. I still haven't processed the videos from my GoPro cameras been sick the last two days.
