Default Metberry and Longwater Sun 10/22

Great run today everyone. Ran both Metberry and Longwater down and up. All went very well. Seems as though the rock slab at the bottom of the steep hill near the bottom of Metberry has been filled in a bit and the transition off the rock slab and into the hard right turn is much easier going both ways. The whoop-dee-doos on the steep climb right above there may have also been graded or plowed down a bit. The rock on Longwater is still pretty much the same, but much like Metberry, the hole that seems to get dug out at the bottom of the rock from wheel spin when climbing up wasn't there, and it was quite a bit easier getting up on the rock than I remember.

Nice day all - a nice collection of rigs. I don't really have any photos but if any turn out ok I will post them up.

    Thanks!

Definitely a good day on the trails, and again with good people in the group. Always a pleasure meeting new folks as well as running with ones I have in the past. Nice to see a varied vehicle list in the group as well. I ended up with a few scenery pics, none of the trails or obstacles, will probably post any that are decent tomorrow when I pull them off the phone. Not the most technical of trails but a few fun obstacles just the same. Thanks for spearheading this James

We had a great day. Glad to see everyone had a good day with great weather late in the season. My phone is charging, but I've got some pics and video to post up. My Rover even held all of its fluids in today.

Hey Tyler, good to see you back. I heard those trails are open basically year round
I missed out on them too. I'd love to be able to go run them like maybe this weekend if anyone else would want to do the same
Lets see if we can get another thread started for it

I'm interested if the timing works out, I'd love to do Metberry and spend some time fishing at the bottom

It is obvious one goes down to the river on both of these trails:

Metberry is first followed by Longwater
