    Default New driveshaft(s)

Rolling around under the JKU today, found it is time for at least a front driveshaft, which I should have replaced when I did the lift. Looking mainly at Tom Woods and Adams. Any opinions based on experience? Thinking the 1310 will be fine, any reason to go with 1350?

Also, how feasible is it to mess up the crush sleeve in the diff if I over tighten the nut while putting on the new adapter? Not too worried about messing up the T and Tcase ends, just the diffs.

I used Tom Woods to solve a front driveshaft issue I was having on the Scout I used to own. After using a local shop and one in Denver without good results, Tom Woods was able to get it right the first time (long distance over the phone no less). I would use them again without hesitation if need be.

Bill's Driveshaft in Englewood was an active member here. Many, who have used him/them, always come away with good recommendation. If they might help, a consideration.

I would recommend Bill's in Englewood. He completed 3 driveshafts for me, and at least a couple for my dad. A small family shop that always does good work for good prices and has good service.

I put an Adam’s on my JKUR. Didn’t have to change anything on the diff. Since I plan to leave mine stock I went with 1310 u-joints.
