Default T-33A plane crash 4x4 trail

Ran Bunce school road to the T-33A plane crash site today with my son, Sawyer, and his '55 Jeep and jaymoto and his sweet Toyota Tacoma. The T33a route was more challenging than I expected but it was a blast! I left with a little body damage on my RAM but nothing terrible. My sons steering arm bolt broke right after he overcame the hardest obstacle. We thought it was going to be it but Jay and Sawyer got under the Jeep and troubleshooted. Luckily Jay had some tools and a bolt that ended up being the perfect fix!

This trail was a lot of fun but definitely about at my limits without taking major damage. Definitely an awesome Jeep trail but too tight for us full-size trucks. Glad I did it though and made it all the way to the crash site!

Here's some pics of us with rear tires in the air...and I'll post up a couple videos of all three of us decending one of the obstacles once I can upload a few to youtube

LOL, it might have just been a weekend for full size trucks, I got a little damaged on Saturday, no body re-arrangement but?/?/?
I still like the sound of that T-33 trail, but yeah, might wait till I get a jeep....LOL
Waiting to see if Matt puts something together for our full size jeep/trucks this week.

I bought the '55 for my son's 16th birthday (4 years ago) and it sat for a few years in Longmont, considered selling it just to get it off my hands. Then we moved up near Allenspark, with 4x4 trails all over, started wheeling' and fell in love with it. Now we're going to have it hauled down to a shop and work on the suspension, steering & go thru the brakes so that it's ready for a Moab trip in the fall

Nice! I've always wanted a 6. You'll have to make a build thread to share all the details of your Moab prep.

Had a great day out wheeling after taking a few years off. Matt and sawyer were super fun to hang out with on the trail. T33 has always been on my list of trails to do and It did not disappoint at all. Just the right amount of fun and challenging for a trail. I was impressed with Matt and where and how he drove that full size rig. The 55 was awesome to see out there. Glad we were able to get it fixed and off the trail. You never want to have to do a trail repair but when you do and it's successful. It just sharpness your wheeling skills and adds to the fun.
