Congrats Aaron! Now just keep in mind that you're not invulnerable and work smart!

Lol, been pulling 15 hour days at work the past few weeks and been holding up fine, but I know I can't do it like this forever. I have been working a lot smarter, and if I am completely honest, I still hesitate before lifting anything. Have to think through each movement before I do it now. But the past few weeks have been filled with interior railings and hand rails, so all stairs and awkward lifting, and I am doing pretty good with no real pain, just soreness.

I tore my calf muscle a few weeks back and that has been my biggest hangup. But I think I am finally working through that now too.

So glad to hear this. PTs are awesome. It's awesome to hear your back to your normal work.

I'm doing my PT as I can but find I'm working in the garage under the Rover enough to count as PT on some days. I really should be walking more than I have been. The wife really sprained her ankle so we've not been going on walks. I feel so much better than I did last year before my back went out and 1000X better than before my surgery in May.
