Are these the NATO style?

I got another notification this morning about a different brand for $25.99 which is about $10 cheaper.

I would be cautious of cheap ones. Often they are of inferior construction. I purchased 2 mil spec cans for around $55 from a reputable online dealer. I will post the link when I get home.
I bought some 15 years ago. They were used NATO cans. I know they can't sell them any more, so I have a stash of them. I don't need any more, but I know some folks would like them. The genuine NATO ones are awesome.
Was yours used or new? When I bought mine, there was a minimum of 10, and they were used. They had to be shipped by UPS ground. I think they were only about $15 each at the time. A neighbor and I split the bundle. It was money well spent, even for used ones. They basically last forever.
Brand spanking new from the link I provided at no more than $60 for 2 cans shipped to my door. Those marks are from sliding around in my truck bed
Anyone know where I can buy the old style spouts for the old red cans? I am in need of 2 of them.
Are you looking for the spin on threaded style?
Yes Jeff that would be the ones
Amazon has them
I believe that I bought them before at the Army/Navy Surplus in Englewood, but that was years ago. If I have any laying around that I come across, you are welcome to them. I don't have those style cans now.
Those cans in the pics from Sears appear to be low quality knock offs (exposed rather than recessed weld seam is the first clue). There are only 2 manufacturers of real NATO cans, Wavian or Wedco. Wavian is a bigger company and more well known (and are usually more expensive), but they are identical except for the logo (by NATO requirement, the parts must be interchangeable).
Best deal I know of for new cans;

If I do have them, they won't turn up until this Summer when I do some garage cleaning. I think there was 1 or 2. I couldn't bring myself to toss them out, but have no use for them either.
I saw this company Ex-Pour on a car show last night. They make replacement spouts for fuel cans. Most of their spouts are for plastic containers, but they also have an adapter for the spout for the metal spin on jerry can.

Might be worth looking into the adapter. Even if I have a spout, this looks like a cool adapter to be able to use other spouts!
