2016 Anniversary Run Food Planning

OK friends, this will be the spot to let us know what you might bring to the Anniversary run to share with other members. It's a pot luck, so whatever you want to bring is fine and if you only intend to bring your own lunch, that's fine too. On the list below, I will add your user name and any info you share. Please be sure to include the number of people in your party so we can get a good head-count and also tell what food items or other items you will bring. To begin this spreadsheet, I just counted one person per vehicle, so please post up and I will correct it. A simple way to let me know would be simply to post "I'll be there with wife and 2 kids" (that makes 4). Also let me know how much food you will be bringing, for example "16 hot dogs and buns" Let's get this party started!

I'll more in likely be going just have to get the thumbs up from work but it's 90% chance that I'll go. I'm on a tight budget but I'll be willing to bring something if y'all need me to! And at most there will be two in my truck but I might have a tag along truck but they said they'll take care of their own food. They want to check stuff out before joining frontrange4x4 so hopefully they'll join!

Thanks to everyone that has posted what foods etc. you can bring (and how many people in your party). We still need lots of stuff, so post up what you can bring.

For the "maybe" folks, I will only add you when you say "Yes"!

Thanks to everyone that has posted so far. Your contributions are very much appreciated. Who wants to bring some burger, hot dogs or chicken? We also need a grill and a few tables. You don't need to bring enough to feed the whole group. Just bring what you can!

Be creative. One year, I just made a dozen brown bag lunches filled with PBJ sandwiches, chips, a couple cookies an apple and a juice box. I meant it for the kiddos, but you can't believe how many people thanked me me for making their drive home easier. They didn't have to stop to eat! It was good enough.

Don't forget about condiments. Salt, pepper, mayo, ketchup, mustard etc. Also charcoal, propane. There is no right or wrong answer.

Most importantly, we need to try to get an accurate head-count. Please post up how many heads will be in your vehicle and tell us if if you have a non-member driving their own vehicle along with you. Parking isn't an issue, but to know how many to expect is helpful info.

I will be going. Not Sure what I'll be able to bring? And I'm not sure how many people are going with me. Maybe me and 3 others. Maybe one non member truck maybe two. I will post later when for sure on trucks and people

The date for the run is quickly approaching. I have kept the first link on this page as up-to-date as I can figure, but I encourage everyone to check the list list and let me know if you have decided what you can bring and how many people will be in your party. It won't be much of a banquet if there isn't food! Yeah.... you can pack your own lunch and skip the banquet, but it's still nice to bring something to share! It doesn't have to be much, anything simple will do! Everyone will appreciate it!

The wife and I will supply the Forks & Spoons, Plates , bowls, solo cups, napkins, and foil and baggies. Plan to bring enough for at least 50 people.

I started a new job and have to work one Saturday a month. Just waiting for the march schedule to be posted up then I can commit to the run and food!
