It's been a while since I had to pull out a mirror for welding besides for inspection purposes. But today I had to pull out a mirror to finish welding up parts of an exo cage for a client. Had about blind 12 joints that needed welded together. Was a little nervous about it as I hadn't done it in years, probably since my days at Coors. But it went really well and zero issues except for once when I dropped the mirror and cracked it's handle. Some of the others guys around the shop today told me I did so well "because of my backwards personality". It was nice to have a different kind of challenge for something you do day in and day out.
