Hello and welcome
Cressa Flint (February 19th, 2015)
Good to have ya! I am up north too and can't wait until our trails open back up (I know, I know, it's gonna be a while). I teach, meaning I have absolutely no time right now, but we will probably get several runs in this summer
I look forward to meeting you.

You should come out for the anniversary run on the 7th. You can meet quite a few of us.
Love the quote! R u talking about the china wall run? Im not to familiar with any of the trails and where thy r located i dont really drive my jeep on highways cause shes not meant for speed but im willing to explore new places

China Wall is in South Park. A bit of a haul from here.
TrailDamage.com is a nice site to use to look up trails. They have links to Google Maps to easily see where a trailhead is at.
My jeep is happy at 60 and gets pushed in the 65-80 range.

I'm a maybe. I might be traveling to Illinois for family then - I know "sometime" in March I'm going. I _think_ my IL trip will fall AFTER the China Wall trip, so I'd be 90% yes to going.
50/55 is fine too.
Huh i think i might have to wait for something a little closer
Its worth the trip. I know there are few people camping out the day before so might take that into account
Ok thx but i think for my first run ill stick a little closer to home just to b safe
Where is that at
Nice! Good to see more ladies join this sausage party. Welcome!

Welcome Cressa, you can trust the people on here. They will not steer you wrong, and will help you in any way possible. China Wall might be a long drive for you but I promise it will be a great "first" with this group. Very "family-friendly" and nothing hard you can't take a bypass on. Hell, you'll even get a spotter down bypasses if you need it! Or you could ask to ride along with someone if you want to! I'm one of the few women on this forum, so please take my word for it.
I can't go this year, but I look forward to meeting you!
