Great job, guys! There's a saying, tongue in cheek of course, when seconds count we're minutes away. On the trails that absolutely applies to paramedics. I work in the oilfield and have seen my share of close calls where a man's life is saved by a crew, whether it be rescuing someone from height to administering basic first aid. On the other side I've been called in only to find first aid being administered improperly makig a bad situation worse. Red Cross First Aid is an inexpensive investment that could save someone's life. I strongly encourage anyone who has not been trained, do it and bring a friend. Pack along an inexpensive first aid kit in your rig, you'll be glad it's there when you need it.
