    Default 2001 Chevy S10 4.3 5spd ZR2 fuel gauge

Ok so chevy is driving me insane. This started as a random accurance , while driving it would randomly just kick on the low fuel light and say she was empty. Then a few mins later it would work again. Then it started to become more and more common. Now i havent been told how much gas i have in the last week.

Everything seems to be ok, i havent dropped the tank yet to actually "look" inside, but i dont know where to start. The pump was replaced in February. Anyone delt with this before?

^^ that or a bad connection, its easier to undo the bolts holding the bed on and move that than drop the tank, and you don't have to drain the fuel in it. First things first, clean the ground for the pump and sending unit. it will be on the cross member that goes over the tank. either right in board of the tank, or just over the sending unit. If you want some help pm me I have some brake work tomorrow and then going up towards Denver area to look at some cars.
